Default 2 Problems

i own a 1998 dodge grand caravan 3.3 if it matters

probleme one my board for the hvac was not working i purchased a new one but now it flashes constanltly i dont know wats wrong with it its like a light show

probleme 2 when i was removing the hvac panel a power wire from my radio cam off when i pulled too tight and it hit a ground now nothing workes when the car is off like door locks , interior and exterior lights and radio but when i start the van everything workes
i thinks it the fusible link because none of my fuses are blown

any help would be great

I have a solution to 1 of the problems.

on the hvac unit hold the following buttons

turn the car to the run position but do not start
hold the top left button the bottom left button(corner button) and the far right button for about 30sec. A self test should run and hopfully clear the lights for you.

Problem 2 ck your IOD fuse and the other fuses too. The IOD fuse are for the door locks, radio, and interior lites.

Its inside the PDC under the hood. PDC is the sq black box with fuses.

OK so i looked in the fuse box under the hood and none of the fuses are blown

lol ok i found the fuse it was in such a spot i didnt even see it so small
now that probleme is fixed and now the other probleme i tried the how to from HemiMan02
but still the lights flash am i doing somthing wrong
