Default 05 dodge caravan bogging

I have a 05 caravan with 43k. Lately it's been bogging, hesitating, while in transit. I put it in park/nuetral and stepped it to the floor and it bogged alot. Had mechanic run a test and nothing came up. I added ISO HEET thinking water was in the lines, still bogging. Doesn't happen at a stop sign or light, only while driving at any speed. Any have any ideas? Thank you
