Default 3.0 litre transmission replacement

Just wondering, if it is difficult to replace the trany in my 2000 caravan. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. It took a crap last week and the only transmissions I've replaced on my own was a 1991 sentra and a 1994 ford f150. Simple or easy? Engine in or out? Thanks.
