Question hi i need help with my 1995 Dodge Caravan

hello yes i got this 1995 Caravan i never had to change the horn relay for it and now my horn dont work so i looked in the service book but it dont say were is the horn relay so my car is a 1995 Dodge Caravan 3.0 Egine 6 Cyclender and i cant find were the horn relay goes could someone please help me with a picture were it goes im afraid to drive it have no horn like the other night someone almost backed into me now i got no horn

Supply a 12 volt wire the horn and if it blows its okay, is the air bag lite on? some time the clockspring will cause the horn not blow and also stop the speed control not to set as well.
