Default How do you remove side moulding?

I have a 93 Grand Caravan and I need to remove all the side molding.
I have those panels that cover half the door to make the van look "cool" or whatever.
I need to remove them to get to some of the rust plus they are loose and rattle all the time.
I bought the van used and because they were rattling for so long before they have worn off the paint and created some pretty bad rust spots. I need to know if they are glued on or there is holes in the door itself to hold them on.

I bought this thing a year and a half for $600 and put a little over $1400 into it, some might thing that is excessive but its been worth it. I would like to continue to fix it up to get many more years out of it.

Thanks in advance.

Ok it took a little searching and some time but I found where people removed emblems and molding with a hairdryer/heatgun and fishing wire. So thats the sticky part taken care of.
But I still would like to know if there are any holes in the doors and body that holds them on. If its all just adhesive I am all good.
