Default transmission help

Hi there, im new to the site and new to dodge cars as well, any way a friend of mine gave me a 98 caravan se, he said the only thing wrong with it was th tranny. first thing I cheked was the plug that connects to the Transmissin Solenoid Pack and there is no electric current flowing through any of the wires. My question is, witch color wire sends power to the TSP?

Are they using a DRB3? I need you to post the codes that you have. You maybe loosing battery switch voltage. Causing the trans to go into limp in.

I think your going to need to start with a basic voltage meter..Check all your Solenoids and find out which one is out of specs.

LDP leak detection solenoid circuit, could be a large leak on the evap system. If you have a ccd message, does the cluster have all the shift indictor lites up? And does the engine start and run? The reason i ask is the bus curcuit maybe down, I have seen the ignition switch maybe causing all your problems.
