Default Dodge Caravan 97'

I have 3 trouble codes coming up on my vehicle. First one is P1775,it says Transmission MLT fault. I am having hesiation sometimes when stopping it seems to downshift. Sometimes hesistation when taking off. Transmission was rebuilt last year. Other P0740 Tcc circuit malfunction, other is Po442 evap. emission control system leak. What does this mean? I can sure use help and any repair sheets on it.... Need to try to fix at home.Thanks.

Do you still have any warranty left? Because there maybe a problem with either the torque converter or valve body.
