Ok, I'm sure there is a really easy answer to this, I'm just not finding it anywhere. Do I need to remove my antenna to go through a carwash since it doesn't push down?

I had my antenna bent double by a brush type car wash. I have been through them hundreds of times before with no problem. Now I take it off!
