Default wiper arm adjustment

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the driver side wiper arm on my 99 grand caravan? at the end of the wiper the top of my wiper blade goes off the windshield by about an inch, rubs the side rubber and squeeks like hell.

thanks.

Maybe the blades are too long. Are using 22 inch blades?

The problem started without any change in blades. one day they worked fine. the next day, the driver side wiper is hitting the side of the windshield edge.

Default Wiper Blade

Take a look at the blade insert, has it slipped frowrd from the arm so it now contacts the windshield side rail? If yes, take the blade off and reset the insert.

Default Wiper Arms

First let me apologize for the post are the arms pointing to the passenger side, I have too many cars and the arm position (like the filler door for gas) is not consistent. Arms on my '96 face to the center and the passenger side arm is the on closet to the base of the windshield (about 1/2" off), then the drivers side arm is about 1" above the passenger side arm. So i would take the arms off and reset them, if they are still bad, then the linkage is off or the arms are slipping on the splined shaft.
