Default Aluminum antifreeze pipe above catalytic.

I have antifreeze leak in aluminum heater core pipe in 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L. I can’t get or see aluminum heater core pipe that go from rear heater core to the front motor. Aluminum antifreeze pipe line goes above catalytic which is totally rusted with holes and a pain in the butt to remove it. I need to bypass rear heater core and figure it out where the line go. Can anybody give me some kind of suggestions to trace the pipe and just cut it and connect rubber heater hose to bypass it? If any of you have any pictures that would be a big help.
