Default 2000 Gcaravan interior lights,wipers,blower

the blower and wiper cant seem work at the same time, and the interior lights just dont work at all, its been this way since i`ve gotten it back from the police.

Did you ck the IOD fuse? and have you ck any of the others fuses too.

Where is the Iod fuse located?I have checked all of the fuses and relays in the pdc box so far ...thanks

Thats the 10amp or 15 amp fuse at the very top of the PDC box.

i checked the fuses, the interior light fuse was blown, all the rest were Okay including the IOD fuse, i checked the wiper relays and they checked out okay too, the only thing i notice is there is a noise coming from under the glove box, sounding like a mechanism is working when i turn on and off the wipers or change vent... before i had checked the fuses the blower speed was working fine but yesterday it just went now it only blows when the switch is on full.
Help!
