Default 05 caravan prob.

Help I have a 05 caravan ..it hesitates as you drive down the road and the check engine light is on but is on one time and off the next.Im figuring its either the converter, o2 sensor or pcv valve any other ideas?

Take it to Advance auto parts and see if they can read the codes that cause the CEL to come on.This is usually done free of charge so they can sell you some parts.there's nothing wrong with that IF you know what parts need replaced.

There is no way to tell what is causing the hesitation without knowing the applicable codes.

It could be;

Low fuel pressure.

Clogged fuel filter.

A vacuum leak.

Gas cap loose.

An intermittent wiring problem.

And a host of other suspects. Have the codes read and repost.
