Default Power Windows go down, but up with trouble

I have a 2000 Grand Caravan AWD Sport and both of the front windows power down as they should but do not close correctly. I have to wait a couple of minutes and then they will go up an inch or maybe more but not all the way. I eventually get them to close but it takes time. Has anyone had this experience? What are your suggestions?

Thanks
consoleb

Try picking up some white lithium grease, comes in a little tube, cheap enough. Remove the door panel, clean the regulator(the metal frame like mechanism that raises the window), and apply a healthy amount of the grease to anything that makes contact with anything else.
