01 grand caravan insturment panel trouble

Does anyone have a schematic for this van? Here is the problem. My insturments keep dieing. I have come across others who have had this problem and followed their advice to pull the cluster and chech the pins. I just ohmed out all the pins and they are good. the really wierd thing is that when the insturments are operating they will die when I turn my turn signal on. the whole thing goes dead and my blinkers don't won't work outside the car. the indicators blink dimly but nothing outside. Any help is greatly appreciated.
