Driver side mirror replacement 1995 caravan

My driver side mirror is broken, I have a replacement and need to know how to remove the door panel properly without tearing everything up. My Chilton manual (84-95) only covers door panels up to 93. Any help will be greatly appreciated. My vehicle is 1995 Grand Caravan.
