Default 02 Grand Caravan Coolant issue

A couple weeks ago I replaced my radiator. Ever since then, the radiator keeps pushing coolant into the recovery tank, but not sucking it back in. I'll go for a drive, come back and after it cools off, approximately a quart of excess coolant is in the plastic tank, and exact amount is low in the radiator. I replaced the radiator cap and the clamps on the rubber overflow tubing, no change. There is no leak or loss. Temperature on the dashboard gauge is constant, heat works fine. Where should I look next?
