05 Caravan-Driver power window intermittently wont go up. How to fix?

2005 Caravan the window goes down perfect. Sometimes when you put it up it will go 1/2 or 1/3 of way and quit. if you wait a minute and hit switch it'll go up another inch and quit. I can hear what sounds like the motor trying when I hit switch and it's not moving. what do I most likely need to fix it? Thanks.

ok, it's apart. how do I remove the motor assembly from the door. do those white fasteners just pop off?

the regulator seems fine. the motor moves slow thens tops ebven when not connected to regulator.
