Dodge Grand Caravan Backward

Hi. I am from Poland. My name is Artur, I have Dodge Grand Caravan 1996r 3.0 petrol. I have problem. The chest of runs bad act when the oil is cold, when the oil is warm ist ok. Backward bad act and it hits strongly when I include. When oil gets warm all improves. What can it be cause? I apologize for my writing, but I do not know well English. I Greet Arczi277
