Airbag light - but horn and cruise works

I have a 2005 Caravan...the airbag light comes on and stays on. I've read where the clock spring could be bad....however....the horn and cruise still works.

Do you think it's the clock spring?

Step 1 get the SRS code
step 2 post the code

The SRS Code...is that something that I can get myself...or do I need to take it to a place that has a machine to read it?

Sorry I often confuse brand accronyms SRS is air bag module, sorry to say that It will require a scanner capable of accessing the module for codes....often a high end tool read $$$$....

try autozone for a free scan unlikely they have capability, but free...

be sure if paying for a scan they will apply the diagnostic charge to the repair.
