Default a/c problems

I have 2002 caravan 3.3.Started having problems with a/c, one minute would blow cold then would blow hot.Seemed like the problem kept geting worse ,sometimes if i turned a/c on then off a couple times it would blow cold again, then process would repeat .Added 134a with cheap single gage ,said charge was fine, but still had same problem.Got a set of high and low side set of pressure gages , pressure tested both gages were in the red.Noticed compressor would constantly kick on and off,a/c blows cool not cold. When motor is idled up fast 134a blows onto the ground under compressor. Can anyone help?
