Default A few problems

I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan. There are a few problems.

1. The passenger side window only works sometimes, if i shut the car off for like an hour or so and try it again it will work.

2. The horn does not work.

3. My check engine light is on and it is throwing the code po740.

4. The air bag light is on, it never goes off. I heard this could be the clockspring?

5. The cruise control does not work at all. the cruise light comes on when you start the car but thats it.

Can some please help.

1 Probably need a window regulator.
2, 4, 5 can all be clock spring related. change that first.
Call a Chrysler dealer and give them your serial # and ask them to check if there are any outstanding recalls. There was a recall for many Caravans for clockspring failure.
The horns are also very common to fail.
3 Is a torque converter clutch code. could be the actual torque converter, solenoid pack or other internal failure.

The clockspring was a recall but it has to have less than 70k to get free replacement.
