Default 99 grand caravan 3.3 #1 ignition coil no spark

My van feels like running on 4 cylynder after driving on heavy rain on the highway,so i check and remove the plug wire one at a time while the engine is running and #1 no spark.Do i have to replace the ignition coil.the engine light came on but i didnt get any code. thax

step #1 would be get the code..
You are checking at plug or coil?

spark at #4 plug? shared cylinder..if yes #4... swap wire with #1 cheeck see if failure followed swap. that would indicate wire issue

im checking the coil,the wire i just replace them recently and try different wire but still no spark coming out from the coil #1,and i check the secondary resistance on the coil 3-6 1-4 5-2 no reading on 1-4 but the rest are okey .

if you ohm'ed th coil and 1-4 is open the coil is bad.

Now why did you change coil?
if for routine maintance return and get a OEM product using the old one meantime...

If you changed for a failure of 1-4 coil...
post all codes you have.
vehicle is STOCK no modifications...
secondary ign is QUALITY - no "gimicks" first suspect in coil failure secondary "load"
