Is there a single point that is suitable for jacking the entire front end of the vehicle? ...and what about the back end? I usually raise it one side at a time but this is not very efficient.

NEVER jack a car on a SINGLE point(to lift both wheels at same time)..........even at 1 side at a time u should put a "candle" as a secondary safety point......
