How do I get the middle seat to fold down??

For the life of me I cannot get the middle row seats in my wifes 03' Grand Caravan to fold down!! I see no lever, or switch on the middle seats, so is there a special trick that Im missing??

This may not help, But my inlaws had an "03" That when they bought it new they noticed the middle seat did not fold. complained to the dealer who swapped the seat with another van on the lot that had one that folded. The cloth pattern was slightly different but they didn't care.
