Default Trouble code help

My dad just purchased an 01 Chrysler town and country. It's running very rough, and very rich. We removed both O2 sensors and the rear sensor was physically melted. Put in a new sensor and now are getting some trouble codes.

P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
P0118 Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input
P0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
P0204 Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinder 4
P1478 Battery Temp Sensor Volts Out of Limit

I'm guessing that at least part of our problem has to do with the 5V. We measured the pins on the TPS connector with the TPS disconnected We're getting .3V, .04V, 3.85V. I'm guessing that the last one should be at least 5V..

Any suggestions.
Steve

Did some more troubleshooting today, and from what I can tell the problem may not be any of the sensors listed above. The battery voltage is fluctuating wildly. When it's running good, the voltage is rougly 10-11V, When it starts to fall on it's face, the voltage drops down to 7-8V. I've seen it go as low as 4V. But then once the car dies, it goes right back up to 12V.

Anyone have any wiring digrams for the Charging circuitry?

Welcome to DF
The code means you have either a EGR circuit open or the EGR has failed and causing a high circuit code.
