dodge 2007 radio frequency

hi all The radio for my car when I search for the FM channals, the radio get just the odd frequency like (88.3-88.5-88.7-89.1-.....), my question is Can I get the even frequency for channals like (88.4-89.4-100.6-......). So when I search for AM channals, the radio get just the real number frequency like (53-54-55-.....), So can I get the partation frequeny like (53.1-53.2-53.3-..............). with my best regards

You should be able to set your stations pushing the tuner up or down. And then preset them. But the reason is, these are standard base frequency.
