Default 1996 Plymouth Voyager SE Problem!

Just had a new ECM installed and everything worked good for a couples days but when I locked the door and then unlocked it with the key it sounded off an alarm......headlights flashing 4 ways flashing and horn blowing, thing is i was told this doesnt have an alarm? Any the key is just a copy with no alarm switch! I just bought this and the previous owner has never had this problem. I can't not find how to shut it off and when u turn the car on it still does it. It will do it for like 5 mins then tun off then randomly start again wheather the car is on or off? Any ideas thanks I have tried un hooking battery to reset it and it still does it

You should have an alarm reset on the inside of the driver door, when you have the key in the lock turn to unlock and it should reset. You may want to ck to see if a skim module in the van.

Its part of the BCM ( body control module ).What you need to do is take the van to the dealer and have them hook up the DRB3 and look at the door triggers. One of the door triggers maybe bad, most the time its the driver door.
