Default 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport 3.3 L (6 cylinder) 245,000 mi. , what is the normal gasoline consumption?
I also want to know if the oxygen sensor is broken will it affect the power of the engine?
Thanks for reading!

depends on how you drive, all the vans I've had have gotten high teens to low twenties. And if you have a bad o2 sensor, it will affect gas mileage and power.
