Question The PCV hole?

Hi friends:
I replaced heads and gasket on my 2003 grand Caravan. I bought 2 new heads.
When I though everything was ready I started the engine and I heard some unwanted exhaust noise. I checked the manifolds and everything is OK.
The heads I used have a PCV hole in it. But the car doesn't have that connection in the head. The PCV is done in the valve covers.
So I have one extra opening in each head. Can somebody tell me where it is and what I need to plug it?
I hear it, but do not see it - does it have tread in it and what size?
Thanks for your help. D.

Those are EGR ports and you need to put a plate and gasket to stop the leak.

Is that to fix from the outside please? I still couldn't figure out where they are.
Are you talking about 1 hole per head or more and on what side - the manufacturer says at the end. Is that plate to glue with the gasket or is is something that has to be screwed on please?
I have put the heads (old and new ones) together to see what it could be, but
I didn't see no difference. Now the engine is back in the car. I really need more details. Thank you.

Default The old heads

Yes I have these. They had no PCV or EGR holes in it. Now it seems that only the 2003 version came without? I guess I will need to make these covers myself,
I am on the Islands.
The heads are here, if someone passes by - he can have them. Each have 2 small cracks, easy to repair with TIG.
