Power Windows Stopped Working

Power Windows Stopped Working
Hello!
I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan Sport with a 3.3L engine and automatic transmission.
My power windows have stopped working. I am trying to find information on possible causes, but all I can find is garbage about people hating Dodge.
The passenger side would go down, and rarely come up. The driver's side has never worked that I can recall. The passenger side is now stuck down about 1/4 way and winter is approaching..
Anyway, are there any sort of strange modules or anything like that, that would cause this? Or am I pretty safe to suspect that it's something to do with the regulator / window motor? Just trying to cover my bases and replace the correct part the first time. Don't have much experience wrenching on these vans besides little things like valve cover gaskets and spark plugs.
Thanks in advance,
Pete

this should help you trace the current

if the motors are good the CB may be the culprit, if there beomes too much load on the motors the CB will break and no flow to window

99.9% it is the window regulator. They can be had on ebay for cheap. I think the last one I purchased was $29. Here is one for $27

id have to agree with login, the CB is there to do its job protecting the circuit and could do what your describing, but I've never had one fail yet
regulator motors and switches i see pooched all the time
if you suspect the switch may be to blame get out your multimeter and check continuity as the tables direct heres the test procedure for the switches

Check the switches too, sometimes they get rained on n stuff and can fail

Not sure i need to create a new thread since there is a lot on this issue already.
I am about to order and replace the regulator/motor on both sides. Driver side is stuck up and passenger is half way down. (2002)
All info I can gather says windows must be down before the door panel comes off, is this true?
If so how to get the windows down?
Thanks
