I have a 2002 Grand Caravan Sport that the Skim is having issues with, I can get the van started fine if I wiggle the connection to the skim a little so the light turns off. I was wondering if I unplug the skim and open it up to fix the bad solder joints will I be able to plug it back in without the need to reprogram anything. Or is there a way to have the dealership reprogram the pcm with the skim unplugged so I don't require the skim any more, I would have it all replaced but don't have the money to get it done. The other problem I have is the rear wiper no longer works, I have checked the fuse, replaced the motor and replaced the dash switches and still nothing.
