I got a 1995 caranvan, was stolen, after police found it, it would not start.

When turn the key to on, the radio got no power, panel had no power, turn key to start, starter had no power

But turn signal, head lights and fan works. So part of the van did not got power.

So far, I checked the fuse box and replay, fuse are all good. I have to check the relay box and see if all relay and fuse got power

My question, does 1995 caravan have fuseable link? and where are those located. Did anyone had the same issue, could point me to the right spot. Thanks a lot

 

Yes there are fuseable links, remove the washer bottle from the bulk head. You will find the fuseable links next to the strut tower.

 

i have the exact same problem on my 93 se, but i am not sure exactly which link or where exactly your saying they are. there are a lot of wires there. i dont want to cut the wrong one and splice it
