Spare tire winch

Dose anybody have a picture or diagram of how the spaer tire winch is supposed to go togather??

Mine came off and the cable came out and i cant figure out how to put it back togather!

its a 1999 grand caravan. the part im talking about is the actual winch that pulls and drops the cable..... any input would be greatly apperciated...
