Hello and thank you for help in my previous posts. Am looking to replace the steering coupling on my caravan, part #4470934 because of noise in the steering. it is at the top of the intermediate shaft where the column hooks to. Was wondering if anyone has changed one of these out. Thanks

 

Kinda do it like this........




if you remove the seal (1), you can access the roll pin that connects the coupler to the power steering rack.

 

thank you for your response. The one I'm looking to change is at the top of the intermediate shaft not at the firewall but higher up near the column
