Default Where is the O2 sensor (Bank 1 sensor 2) on a 2008 3.3L V6 Grand Caravan?

My check engine light keeps coming on. I had the code read. PO138 -O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2. I would like to replace the sensor myself but I'm not sure it's location. Anyone know where the Bank 1 sensor 2 O2 Sensor is located on a 2008 grand caravan 3.3L V6?

Bank 1 is the back head (where #1 cylinder is) sensor 2 is downstream after the converter. NTK is the brand you want.
