Default Undetermined Oil Leak

I discovered that my Van has an Oil leak just beside the Passenger side wheel.
Its a reddish, Light brown color and it feels greasy. Now a day or two before the Van made a horrible Grinding/screaming noise in the same location near the belts, and it stoped 5 seconds later. I checked it out and did not see anything loose or distressed.

The power steering pump may be failing. The power steering uses ATF+4 which is red.

Possible a leaking water pump too, Coolants are red.
But like the others said, could be power steering pump. Inspect if powersteering fluid and coolant for being low.
