Power sliding door stuck open
Hi,
The Drivers side power sliding door on my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan gets "stuck" when fully open. It opens fine, but when fully open I cannot close it using any of the automatic close buttons (door, console or key). Pushing the button starts the closing process but it doesn't release the "lock" that holds the door in the open position. The mechanism tries to engage and the door starts to move but it seems like the lock portion (Bottom track nearest the rear of door) doesn't release and the close process stops. Pulling lightly on the handle while using the auto open seems to work which leads me to assume that the lock that holds the door open isn't releasing. the door opens fine without sticking and the door motor seems to be working fine.
