Where is the blower resistor in my Grand-Caravan 2010 ?

Hi!

I just want to know where is the blower resistor in my Dodge Grand-Caravan 2010.
In the old model this resistor was located behind the glove box, but not on 2010 model.

It is to the left of the blower motor but still in the front of the housing. You access it from the foot well and have to remove the silencer cover.
