Hello, I am very curious if anybody has replaced a sliding door glass into a 5th gen caravan. It has the power window that goes up and down. If so do you have any tips for speeding up the process? We changed one today at work and had around 7 man hours into the job, which is ridiculous being the book time is 1.8 hrs. Being very flustered this evening thinking about it any input is appreciated. I hate being stumped on things like this. THANKS...
