Question Clicking noise not from engine 5th generation

08 grand Caravan 3.8 L 6 speed tranny 94,000 miles. Recently have a clicking noise that starts at about 35-40 mph , not from engine as I can shift to different gear to change rpms and noise stays same. Increase slightly with speed. A CV joint possibly?? Maintaintaed according to book and not driven hard. Any ideas??? Before I take to dealer??? Coming from front of van-engine area or tranny area sounds like or CV joint? Any ideas on CV joint replacement cost at dealer if that's what it is??

Generally you'll notice a CV joint click, usually associated with a worn outboard joint, during low speed turns. Worn inboard joints usually produce a clunk or thud during accel or decel. Either can produce a vibration. I take it this is a cyclic click as in something rotating and not a random click.
