I think I know the source of the problem and it looks like someone had a Hay day cutting wires under the dash and a doing makeshift a solution. What I have is a bunch of wires taped up with what I can tell is a relay, wires, and fuses that affect a u0155 code, Airbag sensor, Driver's side electric seat, and the speed sensor, etc on occasion. When I bought the van there was no indication that there was anything wrong...it just now popped up out of nowhere and I think it's from the cables that were pulled out hanging down from the dash area. I can visibly see the body control module and it looks nothing like the 2001-2003 caravans and T&C's so I'm wondering if this an 05-07 thing. Anyone got a pick of what a 2005-07 BCM and around that area should look like? It doesn't even have a fuse panel attached. Hard to believe I missed this when I bought it. I just assumed it was an aftermarket dealer GPS Cut-off since it was used from a buy here, pay here store. Any help would be appreciate. My seat won't go back and I'm 6'2 and the wife is short and can't touch the pedals so she is too far away, lol.

 

BCMs were bolted to an interior fuse panel under the left side dash on 3rd generation 96-2000 vans. On the 4th gens (01-07) they moved it to the firewall left of the brake pedal.
