Hearing a clicking noise from below blower motor housing when vehicle starts or when the recirc button is pushed. It lasts several minutes. I can feel the actuator vibrate when it clicks. Does this just unbolt? I went to the dealer for oil change and they wanted 350 and told me the dash needed to be pulled out. Dorman has 2 parts listed a main and auxillary actuator. If this is the actuator would the one on the blower motor housing be auxillary?

The actuator unbolts from the bottom of the housing. My labor guide lists it as the fresh air actuator. I pays 0.3 hrs to do. 350 seems pretty high.
