Default Vehicle speed sensor location 1998 Caravan

We are getting a code P0500 on our 1998 Caravan. We have replaced both the input and output speed sensor and are still getting the code. We got a vehicle speed sensor from Autozone, but are unable to find it on our van. Can someone tell me where it is located and the easiest way to access it? After chatting online with Autozone, I was told that the part that they sold us is the transmission range sensor. Does anyone know where to find it?

Be wary, I've gotten many sensors from autozone that were junk. I've dropped them off my parts buying unless there is no other option.

It's been ages but as I recall the VSS is used on 3 speed transmissions. The Input/output sensors on 4 speed transmissions.

Here's a pic of a Transmission Range Sensor (TRS). Not what you need:
