Default flashing dash lights

ok here is a strange one
last week my heater fan stopped working except for the highest setting. I have a wiring diagram and my guess is the front blower motor resistor block is bad. But now all of the dash lights on the center console have started flashing. (a/c, rear wiper, rear wash etc) Has anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Yeah this is common when you disconnect the battery, if I was home I would look it up and post it , your best bet is to go to www.allpar.com and do a search , this has been discussed many times . It is just a matter of doing a sequence of pushing the climate control buttons and this runs those thru the diagnostics and at the end they will shut off .

Didnt work I tried like 25 times too it just gets the washer fluid and wiper going. I have to get my clockspring replaced tomorrow so Ill have the dealer check it out and let you know when I get home tomorrow!

Here you go-I usually get 50.00 to do this so your welcome. turn on the van-the a/c CANNOT have been run for at least 1/2 hour. turn the blower motor speed to high, set all the temp controls to cold, set the mode to face--then press the 2 outside buttons at the same time and hold down until all the lights stop for a moment then start a on-off-on sequence and release. You should have pressed recirc and rear wash I beleive-whatever the 2 outer most buttons are on the bottom row of buttons. When the lights stop dancing the the top left row LED and the second will dance in a different sequence, it is indicating code, don't worry about it, just shut the van off and restart, everything SHOULD be working like its supposed to.
