I had this happen on my 2010. but for me it was loose neutral terminal. I took out the screw and shaved the stop in the middle that prevents over tightening and then was able to tighten the screw down more. this fixed it. I could wiggle that cable too when it was fully tightened before. pain cause it would do it also intermediately too.

I just realized I never updated this, so in case anyone gets to this point...
I had the tsb completed. It didn't help. So I started shifting it to neutral when it clicks and it starts every time. In fact, the symptoms got better and it has been almost 12 months since I have needed to shift from park to neutral to start it. Some sort of switch in the shifting linkage I am guessing. I am now at 97000 miles. I have a host of other issues that I will put in another post.
