Noticed the title of your video mentions Blend Door. How does this figure in?

I am still looking for a wiring diagram for your car.
Have you been able to pin the click down to a particular location in the dash?

I managed to get schematics for an '06 Caravan.
Don't know if it's even close to yours, but it looks like half the van runs off that I.O.D. fuse!

Here's a list of what I found:
Adjustable Pedal Switch
Automatic Temperature Control
Body Control Module
Instrument Panel
Hands Free Module
Right Sliding Door (Connector 312)
DVD/CD Player
Hands Free
Overhead Console
Radio
Sentry Key Remote Module

Hope this helps.

Thank you for responding. At the time I posted the video I had just determined that the blend door was the source for a strange sound coming from under the dash. I had searched and found that some people were having trouble with this actuator and didn't know if that played into my issue or not. Also, you can hear the blend door in the video so I tried to explain that.

The click sound comes from the gauges themselves, or directly behind them.

Thanks again for your attention and help.

Lightbulb Clicking

You know, since this is happening so frequently, I wonder if it's possible to disconnect some of those modules on the I.O.D. fuse one by one to see if the symptoms stop.
I know, most of them are almost impossible to get to, but if you disconnect the easy ones, you might get lucky.
Another bright idea, get a mechanic's stethoscope or a piece of hose, and start trying to pinpoint it that way.
Do you have the service manual or diagrams that show the locations of all this stuff?

Question Coincidence or Seperate Problems?

Just wondering, did the battery discharge and clicking start at the same time?
Or do you think either might be associated with the sliding door actuator?
If I remember right, the 12 volts from the I.O.D. fuse also goes to CONNECTOR 312-PIN 6 for the right sliding door.
