2000 Dodge Caravan 2.4 L with 3-speed automatic.

I'm trying to adjust the throttle pressure valve cable. I see the plastic adjuster on the transmission bracket, but it appears to have some kind of locking ring over it. I would appreciate instructions on how to release the lock and make this adjustment from someone who has done it before.

I haven't done this myself. My factory service manual says to "loosen swivel adjustment lock screw". That's all it says - other than to tighten it to 100 inch lbs. Hope an expert will chime in. Good luck.
