I have 2006 dodge caravan 3.3L SE. Rear left side brake hose hit by something and developed leak. I bought new one from the market and the mechanic found it blocked before fitment by testing it with air pressure gun. I returned it but found the second one with same problem. I bought another one from a different vendor of different brand but found it blocked as well. I am wondering why it is so? How is it possible that new components are blocked before fitment. It is a rubber and steel pipe and air must pass through it. If air does not move through then how brake fluid will. My van is parked in mechanic premises and we are looking for the solution. Can anyone guide me to solve the problem? Thanks
