rear wiper and washer keep blowing the fuse

every time i turn on my rear washer and windshield wiper it keeps blowing the fuse. any thoughts or advice in the matter thanks michael

Could be a seized motor, chafed, shorted wiring, wiper arm stuck. Should give you a few places to start troubleshooting.
