Only when your foot is off the gas? Look towards the idle air control valve, the port it controls in the throttle body or the electronics that controls it.
I would first remove the 3 inch air duct from the throttle body and spray a throttle body cleaner inside to clean it paying particular attention to the area behind the throttle plate. That's where the port it. That port can get gunked up and clog, killing idle.
Other: throttle position sensor circuit, EGR valve, MAP sensor.
